Yes. We can run a private broadcast for an agreed group of specialists only - via a link, a code, or a private page. We agree on the access setup in advance with the organizer and the venue.
If it is technically possible and approved by the clinic, we can take the video signal from a medical source as one of the inputs and output it to the broadcast. The decision is made during technical preparation.
Yes. Recording is possible by agreement: we decide in advance on the recording format, who receives it, and on what terms it is stored and used.
Yes. We are ready to work under an NDA and to follow the agreed terms for access, recording, and the display of materials.
The essentials: access to the venue with time for setup, a contact person, and the internal permissions for filming. If a feed from medical equipment is planned - a way for us to connect to it. Recording and access requirements and the timing are worked out together during preparation.
Every sensitive condition is locked down before the broadcast: who can watch the stream, who receives the recording and in what form, and which crew members work on site. We sign an NDA when needed. The clinic or organizer handles the legal side on their end.
Describe the venue, the format, and the access requirements - we will suggest a technical plan and an estimate.
