Preparation and backup are part of the job

01 / Venue

Inspection and internet test

One advance venue inspection and connection test is free. We plan camera positions, audio connections, power and crew access times beforehand.

02 / Programme

Rehearsal and speaker checks

We test slides, sound and switching cues. Packages include 20–60 minutes of rehearsal and a 15-minute technical test for each included remote speaker.

03 / Backup

A plan for failures

Our own bonding system combines connections from different operators. We record locally. The estimate specifies the power and equipment backup required for your venue.

Tests reduce risk; venue conditions still matter. Paid venue internet, room PA and additional trips are agreed before booking.

Keep working with the material after the event

Immediately after the broadcast

Directed programme recording

The recording with mixed audio is available as a local file after the event. The download link follows the upload; player access and a downloadable file are different stages.

On the shooting day

Camera files

We upload the source material to the cloud. 4K recordings come from cameras recording in that mode; the included broadcast is delivered in FullHD. The estimate lists the source files you will receive.

60 days

Storage with extension

We store your materials for 60 days. Need longer? We extend storage free on request. We agree access to private corporate recordings with you.

For large 4K files and late finishes, we agree the complete upload deadline beforehand. Chapter edits, vertical clips and complex post-production are separate services.

OKVideo.Pro Team

Real people own the broadcast before, during, and after the event.

This is not an anonymous rental crew. The team plans the technical setup, runs the venue, manages connectivity, recording, content, and communication with the client.

What clients say about working with OKVideo.Pro

Business, corporate, and event teams — on our broadcasts, on-site gear, and turnkey delivery.

Rated 5.0 out of 5 from 111 reviews on Yandex Maps and 4.9 from 30 reviews on 2GIS. Checked on 7 September 2026.

“We have been working with Alexander continuously for 11 years and we are very happy with the partnership. We order technical support for events and live streaming. Alexander is highly responsible, advises on the best way to handle each technical part of an event, and the team even brings more equipment than needed or ordered. He resolves every question quickly.”
Dmitry LepeshkinLead specialist, events team, SKB Kontur
“OKVideo.Pro is a superb team of professionals. A project of any scale, delivered at the highest level! Speed, attention to detail, and a result that is always top-notch. Thank you!”
Elena ArzhanovaAccount manager, KB12 · Tele2 project
“Anniversary conference, two halls, parallel tracks: 380 people on site plus the online audience. On the call a week out they asked us about things we simply hadn't thought about — how the stage is lit, what format the slide files are in, who announces the speakers and on what cue. Half of those questions we then went and asked the venue ourselves. They arrived to rig at 7 a.m., and by half past nine everything was up and tested. One thing: the recording split by talk was promised for Wednesday and turned up on Friday — not a big deal, but we were waiting for it. This year we're bringing them back, and skipping the tender.”
Head of eventsIT company, anniversary conference across two halls
“We recorded four podcast episodes back to back — it took about five hours instead of the four we'd planned, because we got talking. Not one of us touched a microphone or a light, and there was almost nothing left to clean up in the edit.”
Corporate podcast hostfintech, recorded at the Taganskaya studio
“Honestly, I expected the hybrid to end up as one long video call — four of our six speakers were joining from other cities. The day before, they ran a check with each of them separately: camera, sound, screen share. One speaker's laptop mic turned out to be useless, so they just sent him a lav. Another sent his deck 40 minutes before we started, and it still made it in. And on air it looked like one picture, not a Zoom grid.”
Internal communications managerindustrial group, hybrid conference
“Second year working together, around twenty broadcasts by now. The first time round I couldn't quite work out who was responsible for what — I sent every question to one person, and it turned out there was a separate manager for the venue side. We have a shared chat now and that sorted itself out. On the technical side I've got no complaints at all: they show up three or four hours early, always with spares and their own internet. In April the venue Wi-Fi went down and the stream audience never found out.”
Producerbusiness events, regular on-site broadcasts
“We were choosing between three quotes. This was the only one where you could see line by line what you were paying for, instead of ‘turnkey broadcast — total’. The quote did go up by about twenty thousand later, but that was on us: we added a second camera and lower thirds ourselves, and they told us before we signed, not after the fact. In the hall the host's lav transmitter died during the break — they swapped it in about a minute, I didn't even have time to panic.”
Project managerevent agency, forum for 600 people
“An international session: two languages, part of the room on headsets, the stream carrying both tracks as well. They built the setup and tested it the day before, interpreters included. Viewers online switched language right in the player. Three hours on air, 11 questions in the chat, and not one of them about the sound — for us that is the result.”

Questions and answers

Before you book

How much does live event streaming cost?

A single fixed shot: Compact from RUB 29,000. Two cameras and a crew: Conference from RUB 49,000. Hybrid from RUB 69,000; Forum from RUB 119,000. See the package comparison for hours, crew and limits. We fix the final scope and price in the estimate. No VAT; AUSN tax system.

I know little about cameras and streaming. What should I send?

A date, city and a few words about the event are enough. Add the expected audience size and remote speakers if known. We will suggest cameras, audio and a platform; you do not need a technical specification in advance.

What does OnFocus include with a broadcast?

One event, up to 2,000 concurrent participants, one FullHD stream with delivery within the package hours. Programme, branding, private access, interaction, report, subtitles and AI voice translation into one supported language. Extra languages, streams and custom integration are quoted separately.

Can I use OnFocus free without a filming crew?

Yes. Self-service use for up to 300 concurrent participants is free, without AI tools. Connect a supported external player for video; our paid video delivery is not included in the free tier.

Can you connect remote speakers?

Conference includes up to two across the programme, one at a time; Hybrid up to four, two at a time; Forum up to eight, four at a time. Each included speaker receives a 15-minute technical test. Compact does not include remote contributions.

What happens if the internet goes down?

We test the main connection and prepare backup through our own bonding server with connections from different operators. We record the broadcast locally. Available connections, power backup and equipment redundancy are agreed for the venue.

When will I receive the recording and source files?

The local directed recording is ready after the broadcast. Camera material is uploaded to the cloud on the shooting day; for late finishes and large files, we agree the complete upload deadline in advance. Storage is 60 days, extended free on request. 4K source footage does not mean 4K broadcast delivery.

Are there extras outside the package price?

Venue rental, room PA, paid venue internet, travel outside the agreed area, extra languages and streams are separate items. All additional work is agreed in advance. Extended broadcasts receive one full price covering the crew, video delivery and AI.

Do you work with companies and private events?

Yes: contracts, bank transfer, completion documents and electronic exchange through Diadoc. No VAT; AUSN tax system. NDAs are available; audience and access rules for broadcasts and recordings are agreed before the event.

When will you reply and send the estimate?

We usually reply within 2–4 hours during working hours. First we clarify the task, then prepare the estimate; the calculation time depends on how complete the brief is and how complex the event is.

Can you stream to our platforms?

Yes, we can send the broadcast to supported client platforms. Multiple destinations, parallel streams and custom integrations are specified in the estimate. OnFocus can host a private event.

How should I compare your estimate with a cheaper one?

Match on-air and on-site hours, crew numbers, operated cameras, audio, backup, video delivery, recordings and extension terms. Send the other scope and we will explain the differences and suggest a setup for your budget. Open the contractor checklist.
