Tests reduce risk; venue conditions still matter. Paid venue internet, room PA and additional trips are agreed before booking.
How connection backup works →The recording with mixed audio is available as a local file after the event. The download link follows the upload; player access and a downloadable file are different stages.
We upload the source material to the cloud. 4K recordings come from cameras recording in that mode; the included broadcast is delivered in FullHD. The estimate lists the source files you will receive.
We store your materials for 60 days. Need longer? We extend storage free on request. We agree access to private corporate recordings with you.
For large 4K files and late finishes, we agree the complete upload deadline beforehand. Chapter edits, vertical clips and complex post-production are separate services.

Business, corporate, and event teams — on our broadcasts, on-site gear, and turnkey delivery.
“We have been working with Alexander continuously for 11 years and we are very happy with the partnership. We order technical support for events and live streaming. Alexander is highly responsible, advises on the best way to handle each technical part of an event, and the team even brings more equipment than needed or ordered. He resolves every question quickly.”
“OKVideo.Pro is a superb team of professionals. A project of any scale, delivered at the highest level! Speed, attention to detail, and a result that is always top-notch. Thank you!”
“Anniversary conference, two halls, parallel tracks: 380 people on site plus the online audience. On the call a week out they asked us about things we simply hadn't thought about — how the stage is lit, what format the slide files are in, who announces the speakers and on what cue. Half of those questions we then went and asked the venue ourselves. They arrived to rig at 7 a.m., and by half past nine everything was up and tested. One thing: the recording split by talk was promised for Wednesday and turned up on Friday — not a big deal, but we were waiting for it. This year we're bringing them back, and skipping the tender.”
“We recorded four podcast episodes back to back — it took about five hours instead of the four we'd planned, because we got talking. Not one of us touched a microphone or a light, and there was almost nothing left to clean up in the edit.”
“Honestly, I expected the hybrid to end up as one long video call — four of our six speakers were joining from other cities. The day before, they ran a check with each of them separately: camera, sound, screen share. One speaker's laptop mic turned out to be useless, so they just sent him a lav. Another sent his deck 40 minutes before we started, and it still made it in. And on air it looked like one picture, not a Zoom grid.”
“Second year working together, around twenty broadcasts by now. The first time round I couldn't quite work out who was responsible for what — I sent every question to one person, and it turned out there was a separate manager for the venue side. We have a shared chat now and that sorted itself out. On the technical side I've got no complaints at all: they show up three or four hours early, always with spares and their own internet. In April the venue Wi-Fi went down and the stream audience never found out.”
“We were choosing between three quotes. This was the only one where you could see line by line what you were paying for, instead of ‘turnkey broadcast — total’. The quote did go up by about twenty thousand later, but that was on us: we added a second camera and lower thirds ourselves, and they told us before we signed, not after the fact. In the hall the host's lav transmitter died during the break — they swapped it in about a minute, I didn't even have time to panic.”
“An international session: two languages, part of the room on headsets, the stream carrying both tracks as well. They built the setup and tested it the day before, interpreters included. Viewers online switched language right in the player. Three hours on air, 11 questions in the chat, and not one of them about the sound — for us that is the result.”
