Scientific and practical conference
Plenary talks and sections, slides with research on screen, and speaker lower thirds from your programme.
Scientific and practical conferences, schools for doctors and pharma company symposia. We broadcast from the hall, collect doctors' questions in OnFocus with moderation, add AI translation and hand over the recording with a link. Broadcasts from an operating room follow a separate setup: surgical broadcasts.

A series of sessions on one setup: the same crew, design and access, with recordings building up an archive.
A private broadcast for specialists on a list of invitees, an NDA and agreed terms for showing materials.
Talks with clinical data: the organiser decides what is shown on air, and we check the slides and the output plan in advance.
AI translation on guests' phones via a QR code; for simultaneous interpretation, interpreters and separate audio tracks.
Some doctors in the hall, some online, and remote speakers from other cities — in the room and on air.
Broadcast packages include captions and voiced translation into one selected supported language for one source stream, within the live hours. A guest in the hall scans a QR code and listens to the translation on their phone.
More about AI translation →Interpreters, including remote ones, separate audio tracks and recordings of each language version. Extra languages and parallel streams are quoted in advance.
Multilingual broadcasts →An expert medical video from our studio and a clip of a business conference from the hall.
Yes. OnFocus supports pre-moderation: the organiser's moderator sees each question first, and only approved ones reach the speaker and the screen. Ongoing content moderation by our team is a separate role in the estimate.
No. CME credits depend on the organiser and the accreditation of their event, and we do not promise them. We provide the recording and a link to it: the directed recording as a local file immediately after the broadcast, and, on request, hosting for viewing by link on our own Tube video hosting.

OnFocus access is limited to an email list compiled by the organiser: a participant enters a listed address and joins without registering. Who sees the broadcast and who receives the recording is agreed before the event.
Here the broadcast comes from a conference hall. Broadcasts from the operating room follow a separate setup: one of our engineers in the operating room, cameras outside the sterile field, and the broadcast stops on a signal from the surgeon or the organiser.
