When you need an on-site crew

When you need on-site live streaming

On-site live streaming is needed where an event takes place at the client's venue and requires professional technical support.

Conference in a hall

Speakers, a stage, an audience, and online viewers — this calls for a full conference broadcast: multi-camera filming, sound, and live direction.

Forum at a venue

A packed program with changing speakers and sessions — in a forum broadcast the director keeps the pace and the equipment runs reliably.

Corporate event

A town hall, an awards ceremony, or an internal event for employees — a corporate broadcast should be managed and look like a finished stream.

Product presentation

A demo, slides, and the speaker's commentary need to be brought together into one picture that online viewers will see.

Awards or ceremony

A dynamic show, several cameras, and fast switching — this needs an experienced crew that never misses the moment.

Hybrid event

A hall plus an online audience plus remote speakers — a hybrid event has to be brought together into a single managed broadcast.

Preparation

What we check before the broadcast

Reliability is built in before setup begins. Before the event we go through every component so there are no surprises on broadcast day.

Venue and equipment

  • venue type and layout;
  • power supply and accessible outlets;
  • internet: wired, speed, backup;
  • camera positions;
  • venue sound and acoustics.

Program and broadcast

  • presentations and their sources;
  • timing and speaker lineup;
  • broadcast output point: platform, access;
  • backup plan in case of failure.
What's included

What's included in on-site live streaming

  • cameras and operators;
  • sound: microphones, mixer, monitoring;
  • live broadcast director.

Broadcast and after

  • graphics, titles, intros;

  • backup plan in case of technical failures.
How on-site streaming differs from a video call

Why not just Zoom or a remote link

Zoom, a remote link, or Teams work well for internal meetings. But if an event needs to be presented to an audience as a finished broadcast — with managed sound, camera switching, presentation capture, recording, and timing control — it needs a dedicated streaming setup. A video call and a broadcast solve different tasks.

Included in every package

Preparation and the live broadcast

One advance venue inspection and internet test. A technical plan, presentation checks, a remote-speaker guide and our own connectivity backup based on venue measurements.

Audio from the venue's working mixer, presentations, a logo, opening slate and lower thirds from your materials; one design approval round. Venue sound equipment, venue hire and any venue internet fee are quoted separately.

The technical venue check is free; the visit within the Moscow Ring Road is included. Transport beyond the Ring Road and travel expenses are agreed separately.

OnFocus + AI

OnFocus is included: one event, one FullHD stream with video delivery and up to 2,000 simultaneous participants in total, within the package's live hours. List- or corporate-domain-based private access, programme, branding, polls, Q&A and a report.

Included AI: captions and voiced translation into one selected supported language for one source stream, within the live hours. Extra languages and parallel streams are quoted in advance.

The directed recording is available as a local file immediately after the broadcast. We upload material from cameras operating in the agreed 4K mode to the cloud on the shoot day; other source formats and completion times for large uploads are agreed in advance. Storage for 60 days, with a free extension on request. The live stream is FullHD.

On-site hours include setup, rehearsal, waiting, the live broadcast and teardown. Each included remote speaker gets one technical test of up to 15 minutes. An extra preparation day, repeat tests, venue sound equipment, stage lighting, a dedicated platform operator, content moderation and API integration development are agreed separately.

Custom project. Multiple rooms, parallel streams, a larger audience or a separate rehearsal day receive a custom estimate with the crew and limits agreed before work starts.

FAQ

Common questions about on-site live streaming

Do you come to the client's venue?

Yes. We're based in Moscow and work across Russia and worldwide: we come to your venue, set up the equipment, and run the broadcast. For long-distance projects we plan logistics and backup connectivity in advance.

How much does on-site live streaming cost?

The Conference package starts at RUB 49,000: two cameras, a director/engineer and an operator, up to 4 live hours and 8 hours on site. Hybrid starts at RUB 69,000 and Forum at RUB 119,000. The RUB 29,000 Compact package is limited to one fixed camera and a simple programme. OnFocus, preparation, connectivity backup and recording are included within the listed limits. Additional work is agreed in advance.

What needs to be prepared at the venue?

The essentials: a stable internet connection (wired is better), accessible power outlets, camera positions, and an agreed schedule. Before the event we send a technical rider with the full list of requirements.

Can you stream to YouTube, VK, or a private page?

Yes. We deliver the broadcast to YouTube, VK, Rutube, Telegram, Zoom, Teams, Webinar.ru, Facecast, corporate platforms, and private pages. We can stream to several platforms at once.

Is wired internet required?

Wired internet is more reliable for a live broadcast. If it's not available, we discuss the options: mobile internet or a backup channel. The exact solution depends on the venue and quality requirements.

Can I get the recording after the broadcast?

Yes. Recording is part of the standard setup. On request, we hand over the source files from individual cameras for editing, archiving, or cutdowns.
