OKVideo.Pro solutions for complex live streaming

More than cameras and operators: we use technical solutions for broadcast delivery, internet redundancy, private access, interactivity, and reporting.

Why this section exists

Cameras alone aren't enough to get the broadcast to the viewer

For a simple project, it's enough to shoot and send the signal to the platform. For a complex one, you need to plan broadcast delivery, backup internet, private access, rights and roles, interactivity, and a post-event report in advance. For each of these tasks we have a proven solution or an in-house product. Here we've brought them together in one place.

What we use in complex broadcasts

Two technical capabilities and two in-house projects that strengthen a broadcast.

When it matters

When these solutions are truly needed

Not every broadcast needs the full infrastructure. But there are scenarios where it removes real risks.

The broadcast can't be reshot

A conference, forum, awards ceremony, or opening runs in real time. You need backup internet and a backup delivery plan.

Private corporate broadcast

A broadcast for employees or partners only: private access, roles, who sees the broadcast and who gets the recording.

Several platforms at once

One broadcast on YouTube, VK, into a corporate portal, and to a private page - without manual duplication.

You need interactivity and a report

Questions from the audience, polls, quizzes, and a post-event report on audience activity.

Sign-offs with the client

Corporate and government clients care about access, NDAs, and clear handling of data.

A challenging venue

An open space, weak connectivity, remote speakers - a place where ordinary internet isn't enough.

How we prepare a broadcast

A process that reduces risk

Task review

We clarify the format, venue, platforms, access, and requirements for recording and reporting.

Venue check

We assess connectivity, power, and camera positions in advance and agree on the technical setup for the broadcast.

Redundancy

We set up backup internet and a backup plan for delivering the signal to the viewer.

Broadcast and report

We run the broadcast with monitoring, deliver the recording, and, if needed, an audience report.

Reporting and analytics

What you get after the event

Not just the broadcast recording - a measurable result.

Recording and materials

The broadcast recording and, by agreement, source files and cutdowns of fragments.

Viewing analytics

Viewer count, watch time, geography and devices, and audience peaks.

Interactivity and participants

Activity in polls and Q&A, an OnFocus report with KPIs, and a participant export.

Data, access, and confidentiality

Handling data for corporate and government clients

OKVideo.Pro: we're ready to work under an NDA, keep our servers and data storage in Russia, and comply with Federal Law 152-FZ in our processes; access, roles, reports, and private links are agreed to the requirements of each specific project. For interactivity and reporting, the related project OnFocus is connected: it has documentation on the processing of personal data (in line with 152-FZ), Russian data-storage infrastructure for the personal data of Russian citizens, and registration as an operator in the register of personal-data operators of Roskomnadzor (reg. No. 77-26-549301). This helps pass sign-offs with corporate and government clients.
