Requirements

What is usually required — and how we cover it

Storage in Russia

Our servers and data storage are in Russia, and we follow Federal Law 152-FZ in our own processes. OnFocus uses Russian infrastructure for personal data storage, and its operator is listed in the Roskomnadzor register of personal data operators, No. 77-26-549301.

Access by an email list

The organiser uploads a list of addresses; a participant enters their address from the list and joins without registering. The organiser decides who is on the list.

Post-event report

After the event: the OnFocus KPI report with a participant export, and a few days later a detailed event report by OnFocus.ru AI built from the room recordings: topics, timing against the programme and requests from the stage.

No foreign platforms

Restreaming, the player and private access run on our own server in Russia. Viewers watch on the OnFocus event page, and on request we host recordings on our own Tube video hosting.

Contract and documents

A contract, bank transfer payment, closing documents and electronic document exchange via Diadoc. No VAT: the service provider uses the automated simplified tax system (AUSN). Company details are on the company details page (in Russian).

NDA and access

We are ready to work under an NDA. Access, roles, reports and private links are agreed to the requirements of each project.

Preparation

How preparation works

Programme and requirements

You send the programme, the venue and your requirements for access, storage and reporting.

Technical plan

A venue inspection and internet test, a technical plan and our own connectivity backup based on the measurements. The plan can be requested for IT approval.

Access

We upload the participant email list and set up roles and private links.

Broadcast

The director runs the broadcast to the programme: camera changes, title cards, lower thirds and slides.

Recording

The directed recording as a local file immediately after the broadcast; stored for 60 days, with a free extension on request.

Report

The OnFocus KPI report after the event, and a detailed content report a few days later.

Responsibilities

What stays with the organiser

The procedure for hearings and sessions, the minutes and the publication of results stay with the organiser. We are responsible for the technical side: cameras, sound, the broadcast, access, the recording and the platform report. We have experience with corporate and government clients and their access, NDA and approval requirements.
Questions and answers

Government live streaming FAQ

Where are participant data and recordings stored?

Our servers and data storage are in Russia, and we follow Federal Law 152-FZ in our own processes. OnFocus uses Russian infrastructure for personal data storage, and its operator is listed in the Roskomnadzor register of personal data operators, No. 77-26-549301.

Can only invited people watch?

Yes. The organiser uploads an email list, and a participant joins with a listed address without registering. We agree on the access method and roles during preparation.

What is in the post-event report?

The OnFocus KPI report: activity in polls and questions and a participant export. A few days later, a detailed event report by OnFocus.ru AI built from the room recordings: topics, timing against the programme, requests from the stage and disputes.

Can the broadcast avoid YouTube and other foreign platforms?

Yes. Restreaming, the player and private access run on our own server in Russia, and viewers watch on the OnFocus event page. If needed, we can also send the stream to your own platforms; this is quoted in the estimate.

A contract, bank transfer payment and closing documents, with electronic document exchange via Diadoc. We work without VAT: the service provider uses the automated simplified tax system (AUSN). Company details, the register extract and the SME register record are on the company details page.

Do you work under an NDA?

Yes. We are ready to work under an NDA; who sees the broadcast, who receives the recording and which crew members work on site are agreed before the event.
