Use cases

Which corporate tasks it fits

A corporate live broadcast suits one-off and event formats: an executive live Q&A, a reporting meeting, a presentation or an awards show, a private stream for employees and partners. If you need regular episodes, that is the corporate TV format.

Town hall

A leadership address to employees: the picture and sound need to be solid, and the broadcast has to run without technical awkwardness.

Executive live Q&A

Questions, answers, and live dialogue — this needs clear direction, stable sound, and managing who speaks when.

Internal training

An online course, workshop, or training for employees — it is important to deliver the material well and keep a recording for reuse.

Corporate awards

A ceremony for employees: the stage, nominees, winners, and an online audience that should feel the atmosphere of the event.

Product presentation

A demo, slides, and video materials — all brought together into a managed broadcast with precise timing.

Private broadcast for partners

Limited access, confidentiality, NDAs — we run the broadcast without public platforms or unnecessary risks.

What's included

  • on-site filming at the client's office or hall;
  • lighting and sound;
  • speaker support before the broadcast.

Broadcast and after

  • live broadcast direction;
  • presentation output;
  • broadcast recording;
  • private access and NDAs;
  • help choosing and setting up the platform.
Private access

Private access and confidentiality

Access formats

A corporate broadcast can be run openly or privately: via a password-protected link, through the client's platform, or through an agreed setup with limited access.

The broadcast package includes OnFocus with a private player for up to 2,000 simultaneous viewers: one FullHD stream within the package hours. Larger audiences receive a separately scoped video-delivery setup.

We configure access to meet your security team's requirements: unique links, a password, country restrictions or delivery to your corporate platform.

We deliver the recording on the day of the broadcast and keep it on our server for 60 days, with a free extension on request.

Studio or client's venue

If you need a compact format — an executive address, an interview, or an expert broadcast — it can take place at the OKVideo.Pro studio. For events with a hall, we travel to the client's venue.

If the project has an NDA or internal restrictions, we account for that during preparation. We work with corporate security requirements. We sign the NDA before preparation begins.
How it works

How the preparation and broadcast run

We follow a clear sequence: you know in advance what happens at every stage and who is responsible for what.

Brief

We gather the inputs: format, venue, speakers, audience, access, and broadcast duration.

Estimate and plan

We propose a technical solution and crew, and lock in a clear estimate before work starts.

Technical prep and backups

We check the venue and connectivity, build a setup with backups for the key links, and run a rehearsal with the speakers.

Live broadcast

The director and engineers run the broadcast: picture, sound, presentations, and remote connections under control.

Recording and deliverables

After the broadcast we hand over the recording and the agreed materials, ready for reuse.

Included in every package

Preparation and the live broadcast

One advance venue inspection and internet test. A technical plan, presentation checks, a remote-speaker guide and our own connectivity backup based on venue measurements.

Audio from the venue's working mixer, presentations, a logo, opening slate and lower thirds from your materials; one design approval round. Venue sound equipment, venue hire and any venue internet fee are quoted separately.

The technical venue check is free; the visit within the Moscow Ring Road is included. Transport beyond the Ring Road and travel expenses are agreed separately.

OnFocus + AI

OnFocus is included: one event, one FullHD stream with video delivery and up to 2,000 simultaneous participants in total, within the package's live hours. List- or corporate-domain-based private access, programme, branding, polls, Q&A and a report.

Included AI: captions and voiced translation into one selected supported language for one source stream, within the live hours. Extra languages and parallel streams are quoted in advance.

The directed recording is available as a local file immediately after the broadcast. We upload material from cameras operating in the agreed 4K mode to the cloud on the shoot day; other source formats and completion times for large uploads are agreed in advance. Storage for 60 days, with a free extension on request. The live stream is FullHD.

On-site hours include setup, rehearsal, waiting, the live broadcast and teardown. Each included remote speaker gets one technical test of up to 15 minutes. An extra preparation day, repeat tests, venue sound equipment, stage lighting, a dedicated platform operator, content moderation and API integration development are agreed separately.

Custom project. Multiple rooms, parallel streams, a larger audience or a separate rehearsal day receive a custom estimate with the crew and limits agreed before work starts.

FAQ

Common questions about corporate broadcasts

Can you run a private broadcast for employees?

Yes. We run a private broadcast: via a restricted-access link, through a corporate platform, or an agreed setup. We work under an NDA when needed.

Can remote speakers be connected?

Yes. We choose a conferencing system, test the connection and sound in advance, and account for corporate network restrictions and participants' time zones.

Can an executive address be recorded?

Yes. We record the address live or in advance — at the client's office or at the OKVideo.Pro studio. We discuss the format and technical requirements during preparation.

Can the broadcast take place at your studio?

Yes. If you need a compact format — an executive talk, an interview, or an expert broadcast — the OKVideo.Pro studio in central Moscow is a good fit. Learn more on the studio page.

How do you prepare speakers for the broadcast?

We help with the technical side: we check sound, picture, and slides, explain how the broadcast will flow, and run a short rehearsal. The goal is to remove technical anxiety before the start so speakers can focus on the content.

Where is the recording stored and for how long?

We deliver the recording on the day of the broadcast via a link to our server or, if needed, on your storage device. We keep it on our server for 60 days, with a free extension on request; we provide camera source files on request.
