Webinar
A studio for live broadcasts and recording: cameras, lighting, sound, and technical support. You can run a live stream on broadcast day or record the episode in advance for publishing.
OKVideo.Pro is a studio for live streams and webinars: lighting, cameras, sound, recording, and support, so the speaker can focus on the content rather than the technical side.
It suits live broadcasts, recorded streams, product presentations, training broadcasts, and private corporate online talks — with or without a live broadcast.
Live broadcast with technical support — from RUB 7,000 per hour, 2-hour minimum: a 4K camera, a microphone, a broadcast engineer/director, control room, streaming, recording and one hour of setup.
A studio for live broadcasts and recording: cameras, lighting, sound, and technical support. You can run a live stream on broadcast day or record the episode in advance for publishing.
Suitable for recording lessons, modules, short lectures, and training materials. You can work with a presentation, a teleprompter, or a plan prepared in advance.
A format for experts, instructors, consultants, and executives who need to look neat and convincing on camera.
We help record or run a broadcast with a product demo, slides, graphics, the speaker's commentary, and a recording of the result.
The studio format is convenient when you need to record an address to employees, partners, or clients without office noise and random technical issues. For a closer look at this format, see the interview and expert video studio.
You can run a corporate webinar or an internal broadcast with limited access, recording, and technical support.
Depending on the task, we assemble a simple recording format or a full studio broadcast. The work usually includes:
The studio's main task is to remove technical uncertainty when renting a studio for a live online broadcast: the speaker does not need to think about where to place the camera, how to connect the microphone, why there are harsh shadows on the face, or why viewers cannot hear well.
The versatile zone at the OKVideo.Pro studio — Marksistskaya St 10, bldg 1, 4th floor, a 2-minute walk from Marksistskaya metro. We adapt the lighting, background, and seating for a live broadcast or a webinar recording: the frame comfortably fits a single speaker or a team of up to 5 people.
A webinar can be recorded on a phone, a laptop, or a webcam. Sometimes that is enough — for example, for a short internal message. But if the webinar should look like a professional product, the details matter: lighting, sound, the shot, the background, recording stability, and broadcast control.
In a studio for recording streams, you can set up the picture in advance, check the microphones, prepare the presentation, choose a comfortable presentation format, and record the material without office noise, bad lighting, or random interruptions.
A good webinar is not just "the camera turned on." It is when viewers are comfortable watching, can hear the speaker, and can follow the meaning.
For video, what matters is not just bright light but controlled light. Office lamps often produce shadows, glare, and uneven skin tone. In the studio we use continuous lighting for video — the face, background, and overall shot look neater.
A viewer may forgive a simple picture, but bad sound quickly becomes tiring. For a webinar it is important that the voice is even and clear. We choose the microphone to fit the format: a monologue, an interview, several speakers, or a talk with a presentation.
For a simple webinar, one camera may be enough. If you need a dynamic broadcast — a wide shot and a close-up, the presentation and the speaker — we use several cameras and switching.
To keep the broadcast or recording running smoothly, it is best to gather the materials and agree on the presentation format in advance.
A teleprompter helps deliver the text exactly — convenient for executive addresses and important expert videos.
A presentation keeps the structure across slides; we put your materials on screen in the broadcast or recording.
A free talk from talking points suits experts who know the topic well: a plan, timing, and a short rehearsal in front of the camera are enough.
If the shoot is important, makeup can be discussed in advance. The camera and lighting can emphasize skin shine, shadows, and small details that are almost unnoticeable in everyday life.
The price depends on the duration, the number of cameras, whether a live stream is needed, a teleprompter, a makeup artist, recording, editing, and additional materials. We calculate the exact amount based on the task.

Need a podcast or an interview? These formats have dedicated pages: the podcast studio and the interview studio.
For a live broadcast, the directed programme recording is available immediately after the event. The download link becomes available once the upload finishes.
We upload camera files to the cloud on the shooting day. We agree resolution and format before the session: 4K applies where the selected cameras and recording setup support it. A 4K source recording does not mean a 4K live stream.
Access by link for 60 days; free extension on request. For large files or a late finish, we agree when the full upload will be complete. Edited episodes, extracts and subtitles have their own agreed delivery dates.
Yes. The studio works both for a live broadcast and for recording a webinar in advance. The format depends on the platform, the number of speakers, and the project's goals.
Yes. It is often more convenient: you can do several takes, work with the script more calmly, and then use the recording for training, a mailing, or on the website.
Yes. A presentation can be recorded together with the speaker or shown live on air. It is best to send the materials in advance so we can check the format, fonts, and readability.
If it is important to deliver the text exactly, a teleprompter is useful. If the speaker knows the topic well, talking points or a presentation can be enough.
It depends on the format. For a single speaker, a lavalier or desk microphone is often convenient. For several participants, we choose a separate setup so the voices sound even.
It is best to avoid thin stripes, very fine patterns, strong shine, and neon colors. If you are unsure, you can send clothing options in advance and discuss them before the shoot.
The directed programme recording is available immediately after the broadcast. Camera files are uploaded to the cloud on the shooting day; 4K applies to the cameras and recording setup agreed for 4K. We store the files for 60 days and extend storage free on request. We agree the complete download availability time in advance for large files and late finishes; editing and extracts are quoted separately.
The loss of any one connection does not interrupt the broadcast. The stream travels simultaneously over the primary and backup connections — LTE/5G from different carriers through our own bonding server — so a wired connection or a single SIM failure requires no switching and is not visible in the broadcast. The engineer monitors the status of the connections and platforms in the control interface throughout the broadcast.
Date, duration, speakers and platform — that is enough for us to price the crew and the stream.
Tell us how many speakers there will be, whether you need a live broadcast, recording, a presentation, and a teleprompter. We will suggest the format, crew, and price.
