Why a studio is better than an office or home recording
A webinar can be recorded on a phone, a laptop, or a webcam. Sometimes that is enough — for example, for a short internal message. But if the webinar should look like a professional product, the details matter: lighting, sound, the shot, the background, recording stability, and broadcast control.
In a studio for recording streams, you can set up the picture in advance, check the microphones, prepare the presentation, choose a comfortable presentation format, and record the material without office noise, bad lighting, or random interruptions.

Lighting
For video, what matters is not just bright light but controlled light. Office lamps often produce shadows, glare, and uneven skin tone. In the studio we use continuous lighting for video — the face, background, and overall shot look neater.
Sound
A viewer may forgive a simple picture, but bad sound quickly becomes tiring. For a webinar it is important that the voice is even and clear. We choose the microphone to fit the format: a monologue, an interview, several speakers, or a talk with a presentation.
Cameras
For a simple webinar, one camera may be enough. If you need a dynamic broadcast — a wide shot and a close-up, the presentation and the speaker — we use several cameras and switching.

To keep the broadcast or recording running smoothly, it is best to gather the materials and agree on the presentation format in advance.

How the speaker should prepare
- ✓read the plan aloud and remove overly long sentences;
- ✓check whether the text is comfortable to speak and prepare some water;
- ✓choose clothing without thin stripes, strong shine, or neon colors;
- ✓arrive a little early to get used to the camera and lighting.
If the shoot is important, makeup can be discussed in advance. The camera and lighting can emphasize skin shine, shadows, and small details that are almost unnoticeable in everyday life.

Your recording, files and storage
Programme recording
For a live broadcast, the directed programme recording is available immediately after the event. The download link becomes available once the upload finishes.
Camera files
We upload camera files to the cloud on the shooting day. We agree resolution and format before the session: 4K applies where the selected cameras and recording setup support it. A 4K source recording does not mean a 4K live stream.
60 days of storage
Access by link for 60 days; free extension on request. For large files or a late finish, we agree when the full upload will be complete. Edited episodes, extracts and subtitles have their own agreed delivery dates.

Can a webinar be run as a live broadcast?
Yes. The studio works both for a live broadcast and for recording a webinar in advance. The format depends on the platform, the number of speakers, and the project's goals.
Can a webinar be recorded without streaming?
Yes. It is often more convenient: you can do several takes, work with the script more calmly, and then use the recording for training, a mailing, or on the website.
Can a presentation be shown?
Yes. A presentation can be recorded together with the speaker or shown live on air. It is best to send the materials in advance so we can check the format, fonts, and readability.
Is a teleprompter needed?
If it is important to deliver the text exactly, a teleprompter is useful. If the speaker knows the topic well, talking points or a presentation can be enough.
Which microphone is best for a webinar?
It depends on the format. For a single speaker, a lavalier or desk microphone is often convenient. For several participants, we choose a separate setup so the voices sound even.
What should I wear for a recording or broadcast?
It is best to avoid thin stripes, very fine patterns, strong shine, and neon colors. If you are unsure, you can send clothing options in advance and discuss them before the shoot.
Can I get the recording after the broadcast?
The directed programme recording is available immediately after the broadcast. Camera files are uploaded to the cloud on the shooting day; 4K applies to the cameras and recording setup agreed for 4K. We store the files for 60 days and extend storage free on request. We agree the complete download availability time in advance for large files and late finishes; editing and extracts are quoted separately.
What happens if an internet connection drops during the broadcast?
The loss of any one connection does not interrupt the broadcast. The stream travels simultaneously over the primary and backup connections — LTE/5G from different carriers through our own bonding server — so a wired connection or a single SIM failure requires no switching and is not visible in the broadcast. The engineer monitors the status of the connections and platforms in the control interface throughout the broadcast.
