Turnkey forum broadcast in Moscow

A forum is harder than a regular webinar: several speakers, a stage, a hall, questions, presentations, sometimes several streams and remote connections. OKVideo.Pro brings it all together into a managed broadcast.

Which forums we broadcast

Which forums we broadcast

We work with different forum formats: from small corporate forums to multi-stream business events.

Business forums

Business venues with a packed program, several speakers, and an online audience that expects a high-quality broadcast.

Industry forums

A professional audience, expert talks, and discussions - all of it needs to be brought together into a clear, managed broadcast.

Educational forums

Lectures, workshops, panels, and Q&A - it is important not to lose momentum and to keep every session for reuse.

Corporate forums

Internal formats for employees and partners: private access, NDAs, and an agreed technical setup.

Forums with several sessions

Several talks in one hall back to back - the director keeps the pace and watches the switching between program blocks.

Hybrid forums

Some participants in the hall, some online, with speakers who can connect remotely - all of it brought together into a single broadcast.

What's included

What matters for a forum broadcast

A forum is not just filming the stage. You have to keep the pace of the program and not lose any part of the broadcast.

Venue and filming

  • venue sound and speaker microphones;
  • wide and close-up shots of the stage;
  • switching between speakers;
  • presentation output to the broadcast;
  • backup internet channel.

Direction and going live

  • session intro screens and speaker titles;
  • recording of each session as a separate file;
  • communication with the director, venue, and organizer;
  • technical setup and redundancy for critical points.
What matters for the viewer

A forum should stay clear online

At a forum, a viewer often joins not for the whole day but for specific sessions. They need to quickly understand who is speaking, which topic is on now, and where to watch the presentation. That is why titles, block intro screens, clean session recording, and clear switching logic are especially important in a forum broadcast.
One hall or several

One hall or several streams

01

One hall

A single direction setup and one continuous broadcast. The standard solution for forums with a sequential program in one space.

02

Several streams

If a forum has several parallel sessions, each hall needs its own cameras, sound, and recording. The setup is planned individually: both separate and combined schemes are possible.

If you don't yet know how many streams there will be, send a draft program. We'll review it and suggest an option.

FAQ

Common questions about forum broadcasts

Can you broadcast a forum with several halls?

Yes. If a forum has several parallel sessions, the equipment and crew are planned separately. Both separate broadcasts for each hall and a combined solution with a single direction setup are possible.

Can remote speakers be connected?

Yes. We choose a suitable conferencing system, test the connection, sound, and picture in advance, and account for any corporate network or venue restrictions.

Can individual sessions be recorded?

Yes. We record each session as a separate file. This is convenient for later editing, publishing, or archiving.

Can titles and intro screens be added?

Yes. We add intro screens between sessions, speaker titles, and graphic inserts to the broadcast. We agree on the layouts and style in advance.

How can we tell in advance how many cameras are needed?

Send the forum program, the hall layout, and a description of the format. We will propose the equipment and crew with an explanation of the logic behind each decision.

Planning a forum?

Send the program, the number of halls, speakers, and the duration - we will suggest a technical solution and prepare an estimate.
