When you need an on-site crew

When you need on-site live streaming

On-site live streaming is needed where an event takes place at the client's venue and requires professional technical support.

Conference in a hall

Speakers, a stage, an audience, and online viewers - this calls for multi-camera filming, sound, and live broadcast direction.

Forum at a venue

A packed program with changing speakers and sessions - the director keeps the pace and the equipment runs reliably.

Corporate event

A town hall, an awards ceremony, or an internal event for employees - the broadcast should be managed and look like a finished stream.

Product presentation

A demo, slides, and the speaker's commentary need to be brought together into one picture that online viewers will see.

Awards or ceremony

A dynamic show, several cameras, and fast switching - this needs an experienced crew that never misses the moment.

Hybrid event

A hall plus an online audience plus remote speakers - all of it has to be brought together into a single managed broadcast.

Preparation

What we check before the broadcast

Reliability is built in before setup begins. Before the event we go through every component so there are no surprises on broadcast day.

Venue and equipment

  • venue type and layout;
  • power supply and accessible outlets;
  • internet: wired, speed, backup;
  • camera positions;
  • venue sound and acoustics.

Program and broadcast

  • presentations and their sources;
  • timing and speaker lineup;
  • broadcast output point: platform, access;
  • backup plan in case of failure.

How on-site streaming differs from a video call

Why not just Zoom or a remote link

Zoom, a remote link, or Teams work well for internal meetings. But if an event needs to be presented to an audience as a finished broadcast - with managed sound, camera switching, presentation capture, recording, and timing control - it needs a dedicated streaming setup. A video call and a broadcast solve different tasks.

FAQ

Common questions about on-site live streaming

Do you come to the client's venue?

Yes. We come to venues in Moscow and the Moscow Region, set up the equipment, and run the broadcast. Travel to other regions is discussed separately.

What needs to be prepared at the venue?

The essentials: a stable internet connection (wired is better), accessible power outlets, camera positions, and an agreed schedule. Before the event we send a technical rider with the full list of requirements.

Can you stream to YouTube, VK, or a private page?

Yes. We deliver the broadcast to YouTube, VK, Rutube, Telegram, Zoom, Teams, Webinar.ru, Facecast, corporate platforms, and private pages. We can stream to several platforms at once.

Is wired internet required?

Wired internet is more reliable for a live broadcast. If it's not available, we discuss the options: mobile internet or a backup channel. The exact solution depends on the venue and quality requirements.

Can I get the recording after the broadcast?

Yes. Recording is part of the standard setup. On request, we hand over the source files from individual cameras for editing, archiving, or cutdowns.

Planning an event?

Describe the venue, format, number of speakers, duration, and platform - we'll plan the crew and prepare an estimate. No lengthy briefs.
