Simultaneous AI event translation - 23 languages without booths or receivers

A guest scans a QR code, opens a page on their own smartphone, picks a language, and listens to a voiced translation in their headphones. We arrive, connect to the venue's sound, and support the event from start to finish - in the hall and on the broadcast.

23 languages at once no equipment rental works in the hall and online subtitles on request
How it works

Three steps for the guest - zero hassle for the organiser

No interpreter booths, no receivers, no handing out headsets at the entrance. Everything a guest needs is already in their pocket.

01

Scan the QR code

The QR is shown on screen or printed on signs and badges. A regular browser page opens - no app installation.

02

Pick a language

23 languages in the list, each labelled in its own native name - guests find theirs in seconds.

03

Listen to the translation

A voice in the headphones just a few seconds behind the speaker. On request - subtitles on the phone screen or on the hall screen.

Under the hood it is a pipeline of speech recognition, translation, and voice synthesis powered by Yandex Cloud. We connect the system to the venue's sound desk, so the speaker's voice reaches the translation clean, without hall noise.
Why AI

An order of magnitude cheaper than human interpreters - with 23 languages at once

Classic simultaneous interpretation means tens of thousands of roubles per shift for a single language, plus renting booths and receivers and staff to hand out headsets. AI translation removes all of that infrastructure.

No booths or receivers

Nothing to rent, assemble, hand out, or collect. Guests already have their own headphones.

23 languages for the price of one

Adding a language costs nothing: two languages or all 23 at once - the price stays the same.

An honest hourly price

From RUB 10,000 per hour, published openly. A full day of translation is about RUB 80,000 versus hundreds of thousands for human interpreters.

Use cases

Where AI translation fits best

International conference

Foreign guests and speakers follow the talks in their own language while the programme stays unified.

Forum with delegations

Parallel sessions, international delegations, press scrums - translation is available in every hall.

Corporate event

A town hall for a global team, a visit from international colleagues or partners, strategy sessions.

Launches and presentations

Product presentations and press events with international media and partners.

Tours and showrooms

Factories, production sites, demos for foreign delegations - the translation follows the guide along the route.

Online broadcasts

Viewers open the translation page next to the player and listen to the speaker in their own language.

If an event calls for a human interpreter - for example, negotiations with legally significant wording - we also offer the classic setup: multilingual broadcasts with interpreters.
What's included

Turnkey: we arrive, connect, and support

This is a video production service, not just "a link to a tool". Our engineer works on site and is responsible for the sound, guest connections, and translation quality throughout the event.

Before the event

  • we arrive and set up before the guests come;
  • we connect to the venue's sound desk;
  • we prepare QR codes: screen, signs, badges;
  • we run a test with the speaker's real speech.

During the event

  • the engineer stays on site for the whole event;
  • we monitor the sound and translation quality;
  • we help guests get connected;
  • on request we output subtitles and feed the translation into the broadcast.
All we need from the venue is access to the sound and stable internet. If the internet is a problem, we bring our own backup channel.

Questions and answers

Common questions about AI translation

How accurate is AI translation?

For business speech - talks, presentations, panel discussions - the accuracy is high. We go through complex terms and abbreviations with the speakers and the organiser in advance. For events where legally precise wording is critical, AI translation can be combined with a human interpreter.

What is the translation delay?

A few seconds behind the speaker - comparable to a human simultaneous interpreter. Guests hear a continuous voiced translation without pauses between phrases.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Guests scan a QR code and open a regular page in their phone's browser. Any headphones work - wired or wireless.

What do you need from the venue?

Access to the sound desk, so we can take a clean feed of the speaker's microphone, and stable internet. If the venue's internet is unreliable, we bring our own backup channel.

How many guests can listen at the same time?

Hundreds and thousands of participants: each guest listens on their own smartphone, and the system is built for large halls and forums.

Does AI translation work on an online broadcast?

Yes. Online viewers open the same translation page next to the broadcast player and choose a language. It pairs well with our on-site streaming - then one crew handles the sound, the broadcast, and the translation.

Which languages are available?

23 languages in total: English, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, and other major European and Asian languages. We will send the full list on request.

How is this different from renting simultaneous interpretation equipment?

The classic setup means renting booths, receivers, and headsets plus interpreters' work: assembly, handing out and collecting the equipment, and paying for each language separately. With the AI format no equipment is needed at all: the guest's smartphone becomes the receiver, and all 23 languages are already included in the hourly price.
